butterflies

I have this feeling somewhere in my gut,
Like something bad is about to happen.

There is some filling in my chest,
That breathing in and out just insn't able to fix

It feels like a swelling,
like a paperbag filled with water,
like a ballon filled with air,
and i can't seem to be able to do anything about it.
